A deep-fried corn shell filled with seasoned beef and topped with shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese. While they are not traditional, these tacos are very good and can be found almost anywhere.
Taco Cabana – Of all the fast food restaurants, Taco Cabana serves what comes closest to traditional Mexican cuisine, served simply on homemade four tortillas filled with freshly cooked chopped fajita, beef, or chicken. They also serve stewed chicken tacos and have a condiment bar filled with classic toppings like cilantro and chopped onions.
